  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the revised delivery timeframe or offer an alternative solution.

 

2. Delivery Services & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Estimated 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners.
  • You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.

 

3. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will:
    • Attempt a re-delivery, or
    • Leave a card with instructions for collection from a local depot or parcel shop.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.

 

4. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, certain factors outside our control may cause delays, such as:

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, or other military locations.
